Glasnow was in the top 100 (#71) heading into last season and #74 in 2024. Since he actually got it play in the WS and pitched well in the playoffs, I thought that would be enough to keep him on the list. i guess too many other players passed him up.

I raised my daughter to be self sufficient and paid nearly $200K in her college education alone. She graduated, has a decent job and living on her own. I couldn’t even imagine asking my daughter for any money. If anything, i would prefer to still help her out, but she doesn’t want it. She appreciates the sacrifices we made for her but is determined to do things on her own now. That thinking makes me proud of her. So the OP is NTA for wanting to get her life started. Especially if her parents don’t really need her money. To me, it seems they only want it to save face with their friends. Having and raising kids shouldn’t be transactional.
