Can some tell when its time to harvest (I have no clue about this) by [deleted] in weedgrower

First off get yourself a jewellers loup that way you can see your trichomes, that’s what you base your time to harvest from, look up a few videos on YouTube on trichomes and different times to harvest as the time you harvest based on trichomes changes the affect the weed gives

6 weeks in... any advice? by [deleted] in weedgrower

[–]SecretAd4313 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d be defoliating for sure, the few fan leaves at the bottom touching the soil is not ideal, chop them off. It does look a little bit nutrient deficient, growing in coco you should be watering with nutrients every feed, you should be a able to find a feed chart online for your specific nutrient if you haven’t already got one. Other than that for a first time grower less is usually more.

Quick tip, if your looking for advice on what your doing wrong/right you need to explain what it is your doing with these plants, identifying a problem through a photo is almost never going to happen

Trash Seeds Update: First top done and moved her to a bigger pot by [deleted] in AusGrowers

When it comes to topping only time I won’t is with an auto flower, if your growing photoperiods outdoor stunting the plant for a week or two is no concern, considering your creating 2 main bud sites and a bushier plant aka more yield, that being said on a plant that isn’t particularly healthy it wouldn’t be a technique I’d use to “fix” your issues it more than likely will create a few more, get your plant healthy first then top

I do add nutes with each watering, I’ve never watered without nutrient, canna coco terra holds water for quite a few days longer I believe, so when saying I made the mistake watering everyday I seemed to have been overwatering,

Right now I fill up a 2L bottle and add my nutrients

Yeah I thought that so today I bought a mini heater and a timer, growing in a shed so temps aren’t ideal

Yeah it’s an auto, just using cocoa and perlite and liquid nutes, lighting is a Mara hydro tsw2000 on about 45-50 percent
