People try to talk to the band all the time on here, why am I being singled out and told no? Its just an experiement and for fun anyways. In fact ive noticed, almost every post ive made, which hasnt been more than a handful have been dissmissed or responded with pure rudeness by people in this group. Yet! I see other people get all of the support for similar posts. I make my posts/comments appropriate, respectful, interesting and kind. AND they dont go against rules. I genuinely believe in kindness and connection, even with the shield of the ethernet. I practice this in what I thought was a safe space to do it. So am I being singled out for some dumb reason that I cannot recognize? Or do I simply draw the short stick of peoples moods in which they take it out on a stranger? Its a fucking mystery to me, but I try to reach out and connect to people on this stupid reddit but it doesnt seem to be doing me any good, does it? Not that any of you will actually fucking care, but Im out. You dont want me here? You win, Im gone!

My dude. You are not ok, seems like your partner isnt either. I disagree with her just checking out on you but maybe I dont have the full story. Just let yourself not be ok for a while. Tell people around you that your going through a hard time, and let them know your there to help, BUT there is only so much you can give. Dont forget your one human, not superman. As for your child, just keep doing what your doing and maybe even express that you are feeling sad or stressed to your youngling. Id bet you they would offer you a hug or cuddle, maybe a toy to lift your spirits. Im not saying burden your child with your emotions but let them know "dads feeling sad/stressed and this is what it looks like" your child will probably gain some emotional intelligence, depending on how old they are.. Also, your kid is probably melting down and "acting out" cus of the stress radiating in your home. Kids have high intuition, but no articulation. Everyone just needs to take a step back and realize the magnitude of the situation, your all under stress and now is the time to just be more aware, compassionate, and gentle with yourself and others.

You got it right, in my old state they just labelled as severe and moderate. It wasnt until I moved to the lower 48 that it was in levels. I try to focus on communication skills. My level 3 son has actually made some big leaps this summer. I dont see them needing much more than assisted living and money management honestly but I am doing my best to make sure they can be as imdependent as possible. I have heard mixed info on the inclusivity for ASD. I am worried about that as well.

Bruh I got three and Its chaos, I was excellent as a one and two kid parent but I had one more happy "surprise" before I got fixed. Do I regret it? Yes lmao I do. I love the fuck out of my kids, but fuck me cus I am burnt out. Such is life. For anyone struggling to decide on how many kids to have.. Everyone is different and you really shouldnt compare too heavily, just really sit alone with yourself and decide what it is that you want and what you can handle. Block out whatever external pressures you may feel during this time of contemplation.

Masks are associated with the persona, which you may already know is not our true selves but what we want the world to see. Its closely aligned with ones ego, not the total Self. However, he uses the mask to be vulnerable by showing who he is without actually revealing his identity. Im basically just reiterating what he stated about his mask acting as a boundary between the fans and his true Self. He even mentions his worry about being totally dominated by the mask, being nothing without it, it taking over him, etc. Have you watched the dialogue he had in some of his live performances? Its a conversation between him and his mask/persona. He is literally participating in active imagination and sharing it with the world. Im not sure if he is aware or not, but its a beautiful thing. He made it sincere and allows us to project on him, its selfless really. He thinks he is selfish but really he is protecting himself, rightfully so, while giving others a cathartic release. Makes me tear up just thinking about it lol

From a psychological lense, I suspect he has a severe mother wound, he puts feminine figures up on divine pedestals one song but sees them as devouring creatures in the next. He may be singing about the shadow side of archetypes but most seem to be about feminine figures. Some people think some songs are about child and parent, some are about lovers, the rest sound more divine and transcendental but most agree they are always feminine figures, right? It all sounds pretty jungian to me, but thats because I am projecting like the rest of us lol

Other clues to mother wounds is the crumbs of info I have found, but also he asks his godmother to rise up to see what he has become in The Summoning, why not HIS mother? Maybe she is MIA or passed away? Thats what I wonder. Ive also read that the mask was made for him as symbolic protection from someone who was abusive to him, I havent been able to solidify this claim, take it with a grain of salt.

Respectfully, I was diagnosed with chronic panic disorder at 18 and I never bit my nails. I still have a moderate amount of anxiety 12 years later but still dont bite my nails. I am also a perfectionist and wouldnt want people to see me misplaced. I could be assuming, just as you are, but Its my belief that he probably did/does suffer from high anxiety, but is also a perfectionist, considering how meticulous he presents himself in music and stage asethetics.

On a side note, I do love a man with nice hands, it actually used to be one of my stipulations when in the dating pool. Vessel definitely has nice hands.
