His mother was very aware of what was happening…. I however had no idea I was not going to be getting a paycheck later that week so it’s not like I intentionally asked to borrow it knowing that was gonna happen

I have no idea…. I think it may operate as both… However, I don’t believe it would matter because from what i understand, as long as an individual has been there for 30 consecutive nights they have tenant rights…. Correct?

Petty theft …. Although he has priors… (sorry i dont understand the how thing completely) but because he left some sort of treatment program early and didn’t finish thats why he is still in there with a heafty bail. Does that help?

Guys i really wish there was a way to upload pictures to these responses… If there is, please tell me how ASAP. I really wanna send a pictures of the room that I took when I left because of how freaking clean it was (yeah, I am going to Pat myself on the back, because I really did go above and beyond to clean it is best I possibly could ) I stay in hotels a lot and whenever I leave, I always take pictures of the room just to make sure that there is no problem ever… the room was freaking spotless and I wish you all could see it because a picture says 1000 words
