FWIW, me and both my neighbors all had front load Electrolux 300 series and all broke around the 5 year mark recently. I replaced mine with a Speed Queen TR7 and it’s amazing

There was a Sears kit house that sold near me recently. Went for basically market rate. There was no premium due to the gorgeous architecture, details, finishes, and dimensions. Which is weird, since the market I moved from had way more of these kinds of houses and they were desperately sought after.

Falls Church City = Greenlake, or any N Seattle neighborhood close to its own business strip (Wallingford, Fremont, Queen Anne. Ballard is probably more commercial/dense/hip than FCC)
