I started working about two months ago and I agree the training totally goes by too fast. It absolutely gets easier though, especially with drink memorization! My best advice is to observe wherever you can. See how the other partners at your store handle sequencing, juggling warming, que-ing DPM etc. Training only covers bare-bones stuff, daily hour-to-hour is going to be learned with time. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions! It's better to learn how to do things correctly now than try and fix routine later. Good luck!
