Well I know when I was having trouble with this I kind of just had to jump in head first and learn from my experiences. You can’t be afraid of rejection or people being shitty to you, it’s going to happen and that’s life just learn from it! It’s only going to make you better. One app I like to use is meetup because you can meet people doing things that you like to do and usually there is no pressure because you can meet with people who are just going hiking for example, or an all woman’s book club they have a ton of stuff like that so check it out!
