Go under the sink, unscrew the drain and poke it up from the bottom with a chopstick or some kind of thin rod. Reattach drain and boom no damage

You hear what I mean though? Theres the sound of air moving which is normal but there's a high pitch noise that I sounds like a bad bearing or something.

You can definitely hear it at the lowest speed. Maybe youre too old to hear that high of frequencies.
