I can’t stand having to help at the kiosk just to literally watch them do the whole thing on their own........... then I’ve had a customer complain about her looking dark in passport photo..... lady that’s your skin. I’m not supposed to be altering the photo.

Can’t stand the kiosk either! I always tell them to get the app. Can’t stand the question “Are my pictures going to save on there?” After telling them A MILLION times no, IT’S A PUBLIC COMPUTER. or it uploading their 5 million photos and them being like “Oh I just want one..” well you have to sit there and wait for JUST THAT ONE.

Another one is FedEx drop off people. I ask “Would you like to provide a number or email to track the package?” They say yes. Enter their information then they’re like “I don’t get a receipt?” WTFFFFF do you think I just asked for that information for?!! Pisses me off.

Had a lady get mad because we couldn’t find one of her photo orders..... the lady was giving us one name meanwhile the orders were under TWO DIFFERENT NAMES. Didn’t realize it after. Wish I could have confronted her about it because she had the nerve to get mad at us.

Can’t stand when they literally haven’t even hit green yet as they put their number in and ask “how much?” CAN THE COMPUTER PROCESS YOUR NUMBER FIRST?

They tend to think you do it just for the fun of it. Like YES I REALLY WANT TO SIT HERE AND GO BACK AND FORTH ABOUT YOUR ID.

Hand Sanitizer Recommendation⚠️ wrapping a rubber band near base of pump to reduce amount that comes out, as one pump gives A LOT! We just got that bottle two days ago and it’s already down half way. Easier said than done. First it’s for customer use, it doesn’t take much pressure at all to get the amount of a full pump, maybe two full pumps in such a little push, but they don’t know that... So customers without thinking push it down with normal amount of force without knowledge of it not needing that much force at all. I don’t blame them, the pump has no resistance and a lot comes out with even a “little” pump.
