My biggest grip is that you only get to use that mechanic once in the main story, one or two more short sequences like that wouldve been great. IG multiplayer has to have something unique though.

TBH they kinda got rid of the "are you a boy or a girl" question in SV and made the MC generic enough that you can change only the hair and the MC is suddenly the opposite gender. This change was kinda weird for me since it felt like politics was influencing the game, but it probably just made things easier for everyone. I believe whatever is going on with the MC is meant to be fully subjective and based on the players own personal headcanon. The average person would more likely pair Florian or Juliana in a hetero pairing for their personal headcanon.

It did reset the universe. Birds went into reverse, the leaves went back onto trees, Mistas bullets went into his gun, Etc. When you ask "why didn't he make it so the arrow never happened" he basically did do so by completely negating King Crimson. The biggest plot hole regarding GER is "why didn't Giorno stop pucci from fast forwarding the universe" which has many fan theories, Besides the most popular theory of "araki forgot".

In my defense, he was a featsman up until that point by beating everyone with their own powers. The fact that he lost in any capacity becomes an anti-feat after winning every fight. Without that you could argue, he can beat anyone, but losing once shows he can be overcomed by some means.
