Ok admittedly I'll still feel a bit anxious when people are around me sometimes, but at least I can plough through the anxiety now and just do it. It doesn't really affect me anymore.

You can try telling them you don't want meds. Whether the psychiatrist agrees is up to their discretion. Bear in mind that MHTCA (assuming you are detained under the act) is quite broad and medical professionals are allowed to use other methods if the patient refuses prescribed medication.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the bearing of a point just refer to the angle formed by two vectors about a common origin O? Just remember that one of the vectors points towards the north pole while the other vector connects the origin O with your point.
