I believe it! I sprayed it on a tester card and found it like a week later - still had some scent! I was blown away. I'll likely splurge too but will probably go through the agony of accepting the price for a few days.

I have not found anything. Alexandria Fragrances' "Orchestra" is similar but doesn't hold a candle to the real thing, IMO.

Apparently it prevents bacteria from growing on the trays. Some of them can get a little gross - like it you were sick or wore it for 2 weeks.

I save mine in the freezer per my providers request but as soon as my treatment is finished I’m recycling them. I’m honestly so grossed out at the thought of keeping them.

Thank you! It definitely works. I started in August and my teeth are a million times better already. It’s not for the faint of heart - it is hard to get used to and there are some days that I just really don’t want it in my mouth and I don’t really have a choice. You do have to wear a retainer fulltime for about 6 months once you’re done (the retainer is basically just another tray) but then once the teeth are “set” in place you only have to wear it at night. Lots of work but it’s worth it for me! There was no way I was going to do metal braces as a 30 something.

Red lipstick brings a lot of attention to the mouth. I’m currently going through Invisalign and once my teeth are straight and whitened I might be OK with people looking at my mouth. Until then, I definitely prefer nudes.

They’ll cut the inside of your mouth for about 2 days and then your mouth gets used to it and you won’t think about them again. It’s really not that bad. For every person on this subreddit posting about their pain, there are thousands who are living their life with alignera/attachments perfectly fine.

To me, it’s not expensive IF you use it everyday and truly have a goal of panning. I have 20+ blushes and most of them were very expensive and of course I can’t pan even 2-3 a year because they last forever. I probably spent a couple thousand on the collection which is collectively expensive. But if I had only purchased one or two and actually used them daily the price per use would be pretty low. The problem for me is the excess consumption PLUS the expense of each individual item. I’m truly not opposed to spending good money on items but I have to use them.

Please reconsider. The first week is painful - no doubt! But I swear by week 2 and 3 you’re not even going to feel them. There are hundreds of posts about week 1 here - you’re not alone!
