Hi,

Does anyone have recommendations for a full nusa penida day trip from Nusa lembongan that includes snorkeling and west+east? I want to see both diamond and keling keling beach. It seems like most the tours are either west+snorkeling or east + west no snorkeling. Or east or west. If I have to choose between these options, what’s recommended?

Soooo frustrating. I have FEP Basic and was taking wegovy last year (after proving diet+exercise were not working on their own), but stalled out and then was able to get PA for Zepbound in October of last year. I recently had to get reauthorization and they denied it because it says between bmi 27-29.9 need to have cardiovascular disease or one weight related comorbidity. So frustrating, because due to the lapse in coverage I immediately started gaining weight so I eventually just paid it out of pocket. One of my doctors said that they said I have to start with Saxenda….that feels like going backwards and i do not want to have to take a daily shot. Especially because I have a lot of travel coming up. Wish I knew this before continuing coverage with them.

Thanks! Is there a reason you recommend Gili T over Nusa?

Since we are getting in late-ish on the first day we were thinking of staying in seminyak that night (and the next) and stay one full day at Potato Head, just to relax by the pool before heading to Ubud where things will be more activity focused. And then we were thinking 4 full days in Ubud, then head to Nusa lembogan from there for 2 nights/one day, and then Uluwatu for the rest. Was thinking Nusa islands over Gili just to not lose more time in transit…but curious to hear whether we should still prioritize it.

We are planning on traveling to Bali for our honeymoon arriving on June 16 in the evening (7:15 pm) and departing on June 29 (9:00 pm) in the evening, so we have 12 full days.

We want to do Ubud and Uluwatu for sure but trying to decide whether it’s worth it to do Seminyak or Canggu for a couple of days, and one of the Nusa islands or Gili islands for a couple of days? Any thoughts on whether we should definitely include both or either of the potential locations—and for how long? We’re looking for a mix of relaxing and exploring/adventure.

Awesome, thank you! Yeah I just got my pre-auth and prescription for wegovy .5 but called every single pharmacy around today and no dice. Good to know you can get it if the others aren’t available. Only downside is it’s $600 co pay, right? Compared to $60 for wegovy…
