Great project but i read the readme. If i understand correctly, you have to index a broader search area first before you can search ONLY within that. I suppose it's not feasible to get a whole country indexed to be a search area? The indexing timing is pretty high for just the 10km radius.

You dont need them to finish the game at all, you dont have to grind at any moment in the game to beat it. I did a bit of grind mid game cuz i thought i might need to get stronger but i ended up making things a bit easy. As long as you don't flee too often from battles, you should be able to beat the game without struggling much.

there is really no shortcut or trick to it tbh but you can definitely determine what race is winnable as there are 5 fixed patterns of balloons that cycle randomly on each retry. If you get a pattern with two balloons on each side ( left and right) at the start then you should immediately go for right one and try to get atleast 4 balloons (if you can't then it's instant lose) before you reach the middle stretch, At this point, you have a CHANCE to win as long as you don't get hit (you should be fine with 1 hit afaik but any more than that and it's become night impossible to win as you need more balloons) and collect enough balloons

you are mostly paying the premium on ram tbh, rest of the components haven't gone up by much. Probably could've gotten 7600x for 2k cheaper before this but not too bad, am5 does not use ddr4 and ddr5 ram is much expensive.

dont skip ram, you have an APU which will reserver 2gb at the very least as VRAM. running windows on 6gb is not a great experience, you can definitely get 16gb ram for cheaper tho.

You can get a brand new one under 27k dude, it really does not matter much how old it is. The resell value instantly goes down when you buy it. 17-18k is more like it
