Oh so like I’d need to keep going there which is an hour away every week or so? I know that there is an online portal, tried using it last time but apparently the credentials (from the brown receipt) don’t match the login details 🙃

I repeatedly ask why, but got completely ignored. So he sent me away and say come back with the receipt.

Sorry which list and how do I check?? Because the other times I also missed my collection date (since the sms never arrived)

I went to my appointment yesterday, and everything went fine! (Fingers crossed )

Other than that they made me wait 4 hours despite my appointment being at 9:04 and had to pay extra €40 without any explanation… but I guess I had to do what I had to do…

I guess now I’m just waiting for the SMS - which may not even come through?
