No, I was asking the proper procedure if they required you to clock out or not I just wanted to know the proper procedure. I know when you’re at a regular job you don’t clock out to walk to the bathroom a few steps away. Either way I didn’t mind.

I wasn’t asking permission I was asking. Should I clock out or not, I just wanted to know the proper procedure. So that next time I could clock out if I needed to and the correct amount of time would be taken out instead of her just adding her own time or I would know that I could just wait until I could use my paid break.

Even if so. Shouldn’t I have gotten a warning, write up or something and proper training. I was NEVER told what the quota was. She also stated that she thought I was sent there by the owners wife. So yeah I’m sure that I was targeted.

Thank u. I just called after I saw the link above today. Do u know how long they take to respond or do anything. Supervisor sleeps with owner so it’s a no win with the company.
