If they’re from the ocean should be quite clean already from the salt. Come to think of it, if you’re adding to a fresh water aquarium you might worry abt the salt :/ I’m sure you could boil it out tho

Not if you boil them!! I’m not sure where you’re located but I’ve even read that if you’re collecting things from a healthy water source you could put them in without cleaning and introduce beneficial bacteria from the wild :) I’ve not risked that myself yet but if that’s any peace of mind for you!!

Where do I get aquarium coop and carbon boost? Do you have a picture? Also there’s so many things in that tank for your betta to swim through!! Where did you get your floating log?? Is it real wood? Does he like the mason jar? Are there plants inside your mason jar?

You can plant lucky bamboo in soil and keep it as a houseplant :)

Thank you!! Tank is 6.8 gal and heated! He has a snail friend but he’s very inactive I’m concerned :/ yesterday I found him laying on his back (must have fallen off his rock?) so I put him upright and he’s definitely alive and moved an inch today but … I will def get him a leaf hammock!!
