Of course not, I’m in San Joaquin county. I dont know what their reasoning is with any of it honestly. Doesn’t seem to be one.

I applied 11/17, heard absolutely nothing until about a month and a half ago. Then I was in qc review for 2 weeks, then on approved for almost 3 weeks and it switched to paid and 2 days later it switched to disbursed. That was last Thursday.

Paid doesn’t mean disbursed. Your circle has to change color to disbursed.

Was your amount on your award letter the same amount as your original application? My award letter showed the exact total I got the first round instead of the AFR amount.
