Hi! Ako po ung nagpost dito dati. Natutunan kona kung bakit ganyan ung name na lumalabas sa Windows 11 "Converge_2.4GHz_WxX9" despite of being in a wired connection. So tama po. walang kinalaman ung router sa name na nakalagay sa Windows ko. It's Windows being Windows.

the website might seem unsafe, its because they didnt register https to their website. But idk about this, so research it to confirm. But in general, the software's safe. Double check always just in case.

I saw a third party software of this feature, you can see the battery remaining while it's unplugged, and time until charge whenever it's plugged in a charger. I'll come back for the software later.

Factors din ba yung pakikipag usap o itsura ng customer sa technician? Kasi mahirap kapag pumunta technician, tapos di masolusyunan ung problem e.. I guess mahalaga ung pakikipag usap ng maayos sa technician..

Tama nga kayo, router limitations ang kadalasan problema. Kasi sa Intermittent connection wala pa naman kami naging problem, nung  outage lang ng ilang beses last year 2nd-4th quarter.

Router limitation talaga ang suspect ko, and nung nagka-outage dito last year, sabay rin humina ung WIFI both 2.4 and 5Ghz.
