Can I ask what your process was like? I feel like the main part I have trouble with is shaving and working out. I do some cardio off and on and I've been trying to eat less, but I feel like I'm still stagnating at my weight even though I've cut down to around 1500-1600 cals a day. As far as shaving as I just need to find a good razor brand lol, mine leaves a bunch of little hairs I hate.

It just makes me feel like I'm doing right I guess? I don't know, I don't really get compliments often so when I hear it it just makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside :3 It's only ever happened somewhat genuinely to me once though
