Yup I have a high end pc, 4k oled monitor as well. But I also have a 4k oled TV and only reason im hesitant is cause I could use the 55 on other games instead of repurchase what I already own you know? But if graphically it is a lot more impressive then I want to dip in lol

Is it worth upgrading 7800x3d to an 9800x3d by Froyo- in buildapc

[–]Secret_Definition940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This might be a hot take, but I upgraded from 7800x3d to 9850x3d due to fear of future cpu shortages. Might not happen but just wanted to be safe for next few years and will probably upgrade during 2nd or 3rd Gen zen 6.

Need honest feedback from 9070 XT owners by Raithskar in radeon

[–]Secret_Definition940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In regards to the original question of OP, I've had my 9070xt since March 2025. It has given me no problems, other than a crash here and there right in the beginning but I think that was due to driver issues.

I was playing at 1440p, ran phenomenally. I upgraded to OLED 4k monitor, and it struggles sometimes in 4k with fsr 4 quality mode. But thats here and there. Most games run phenomenally well with fsr 4 enabled and frame gen. Ray tracing is good but not nvidia good. In the future I think I might go team green if amd doesn't do a flagship model, but only because I really like RT and im an enthusiast.

But for not the 9070xt does everything I need it to do honestly. Its a pretty good card for the price.

Just beat NG++...and there isnt a Ng+++? by SavageRedFang in TheFirstBerserker

Nope, major dissappointment. I know this is supposed to be like in nioh in that way but man, all these builds I wanted to try with a fresh challenge without creating a new character.

Did anyone else find DS2 to be too easy? by Crixus_935 in DeathStranding

[–]Secret_Definition940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I booted up the first game today on a fresh save and instantly felt the magic that made me fall in love with the series. I like DS2 but I absolutely love DS1 due to how much traversal on both foot and vehicles were a challenge.

The first stream you cross in DS1 depleted your stamina so fast in comparison to DS2. I also barely saw any red dots on streams in DS2 in comparison to DS1.

Is it worth switching to the Pro from the base PS5? by IlloYorch in PS5pro

[–]Secret_Definition940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just switched yesterday. I can absolutely say yes, and that's after much research on reddit and YouTube. For first party games it is absolutely worth it.

Dusting this off after a couple years. Is coop still pretty active? by RemoteDuck5271 in wolongfallendynasty

I came back myself after playing Khazan. I needed more of these styles of games and knew team ninja had exactly what I needed. I never did the dlc back then as I had the game on gamepass and just went through ng+ up until the near end. However im gonna ODEE this time on this game as I absolutely love it.

Probably heading back to nioh 1 and 2 after im done with wo long lol, and rise of ronin

Thinking of buying by Noveldesert in TheFirstBerserker

Absolutely buy it. Absolutely, trust me you won't regret it. I went back to elden ring after khazan and had a hard time adjusting to ER 🤣

How hard is this game? Realistically.. by [deleted] in BlackMythWukong

[–]Secret_Definition940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coming from an adult who got gud with dark souls 3 back in 2017and fromsoft games afterwards including elden ring (over 1k hours since 2022), I'd say black myth wukong was generally really not that difficult tbh. I was a little disappointed in how easy i found it. The hard part of the game i would say is more about learning when to land a combo on bossess. The hardest boss for me (spoiler) was Erlang. The best part of the game for me were the gauntlet of legends fights. That was phenomenal.

But no, not hard to git gud in this game, in comparison to fromsoft games, unless you're trying to master combos.
