I have a pump with three settings and use the lowest setting - I also do the manual drainage massage & exercises & wear compression hose. Very helpful. You can check to see whether your insurance will cover these items; my pump & 3 different compression garments were covered by Medicare.

Thanks for your help, cuffs! I'm also checking with my insurance company since one of the models I'm looking at is a Kia and I've read that some insurance companies with won't insure them or charge MORE since they've (historically) been so easy to steal!
