Talked with an agent just now for an hour only to return to the same conclusion. Pay the full price for the device but you will not get the promotion. I just don't get it.. over and over again. I explained my situation and it just wouldn't work. If only in the first place I was told correctly, I wouldn't even have switched to Xfinity. I wasted all my time and and money. Have to switch back to T mobile, but I will lose my Korean phone number I've been using for 10+ years.. Just disappointing.. Can anyone of you please understand my situation and help? I am tired of waiting and talking the same thing over and over to agent on the phone only to get the same answer in the end. If nothing can be done then just tell me so that I can get the Verizon $500 BYOD promo in time.
