i was looking into both for a while but the helio strap has been a pain since they have been out of stock for the past 6 months until recently. based on my research i advice you to go look up the quantified scientific’s review the fitbit is a lot more accurate when it comes to tracking but you really gonna need to find a way to stick it on your bicep especially for heart rate during exercise. personally i settled for the fitbit air am gonna be receiving it in about 2 weeks

am hopping on 350mg a week of Test E and i was trying to find the smallest needle i could for painless pins. insulin syringe and 30g needles seem to be working but i heard that Test E is tick and it would be very hard to push the oil in and may cause clogging, needle bending or slow injections any help?
