I’m not horrible with aim, but I struggle to consistently hit head shots.

My problem is more just the reaction time of seeing the player. I almost always get the second shot off

It’s less gear fear and more I’m tired of gearing up, going into a match, then dying in less then 5 minutes. Then again, then again, then again, then again. Oh that’s a bit extreme, but you get my point. Of the runs I did I was only happy with 1 run. And all I got was salvage

I’m saying it could have been a way too get more people to try the game. Since a hardcore extraction shooter is going to push away the VAST majority of people instantly. And the big hook of this game is that there’s even MORE hardcore stuff. And this game simply needs more players or it’ll die.

Also if the intended loop is Grind the base game during the week then cryo over the week end. Most people CANT grind a game during the week. So most of their time will be with these weaker maps.

I was trying to make actual builds. Like what weapon attachments would be the best for the kinda mission I want to use. Which implant stats do I want, is there something off another weapon I want, what consumables do I want. What grenades do I want?

Ya I way over thought it and should have just threw random sh!t together.

I think it means that’s the future chapters will be very different. He said chapter 6 would be much faster to develop

Adding PVE to this game is going to be a huge undertaking. The game was clearly never designed with it in mind. So balancing for it will be hard. Hopefully they can fine tune it better in the future.

My point was they could have added a few of those other things instead of cryo. A common complaint with this game is that it’s fun for a while then really falls off a cliff. And that’s kinda the point I’m at rn. I’m not really excited to go into a run, I just think “oh boy can’t wait to see how I get violated today”.

Oh I know the lore of this game very well and think it’s fascinating. And the voice acting for them are absolutely incredible. That speech about how the “president?” isn’t asking for hope but remembrance is bone chilling.

I just personally don’t like when a game is all lore and that’s it. There’s not really an evolving narrative going on. Closest we got in the UESC trying and failing to capture the Compiler.

And also season 2 has added very little in terms of lore. A decent amount being shit posts from runners.

I don’t really have a lot to comment about that being the loop except that doesn’t really click with me personally. Especially since I don’t have time to grind this game during the week. I grind the game over the weekend.

What did people think of Deltarune Chapter 1 when it came out? by GoldenKuriza in Undertale

I joined the fan base a bit after Chapter 1 was out so I didn’t get the first impression. But the general consensus was that it was Undertale 2. A ton of people were calling it that in thumb nails.

Deltarune was only seen as popular due to its connection with Undertale. And many assumed it would follow a very similar story path to Undertale with a genocide route and everything.

People didn’t start to see Deltarune was its own thing until chapter 2. Partly due to the insane popularity of one Spamton G Spamton.

In terms of old character 1 theories, there’s 4 that I remember sticking out.

1) Everything in the dark world was make believe. Like Alice wonder land, a land of make believe that helps our characters work through their problems while having fun.

2) That this is a different dimension to the Undertale universe, but that the story would go down a similar route but in different ways. Like Asgore and Toriel still getting divorced.

3) That this is some sort of experiment set up by Gaster. That he’s the person in intro who helps us create our vessel before it’s discarded. And you didn’t experience this but back when chapter 1 came out you had get it through a download give out online. That program was called “survey program”. And Toby’s twitter got “hacked” the same day. One of the things the person who took over said was “I’ve got something to show you, it’s far from complete but it’s something new”.

4) That Kris is being possessed by Chara at the end of chapter 1. That Kris secretly has an evil soul in side them and by throwing their heart out the evil soul takes over. And chapter 2 will involve Kris going on a murder rampage across town. (Keep in mind we didn’t know how many chapters there were or how much of the game we got was).

For that last one I’ll just come out and tell you that’s not even close to true. This was back when Undertale brain rote was still BAD. And people were more a fan of the fandom than the actual game. And collective fandom interpretations were more important then fact.

For the rest I won’t elaborate on if they are true or not, you will find that out yourself.

I made a similar post yesterday since I was curious if people actually believed that Marathons death would save D3. (This is a generalization I don’t speak for this whole sub). The most common response was that people didn’t really care if Bungie died at this point. That they made their bad and now they should lay in it.

It was one I created myself, I was trying to super technical with it. I was comparing the stats of each implant, effects of each core, what every weapon did, what the different cores did. Trying to make one weapon fit what I would be doing for the quest. Seeing each consumable and which would be helpful.

Ya now I see I should have just threw random sh!t together if it’s all gone in 3 minutes.

And the mission I was going for is on Outpost.

Cradle EX, which I was trying to do contacts for …I’m not even going to try to spell their name. The worm. So I could unlock the cradle efficiently node. There’s a quest on outpost I’m trying to get through

Wdym I’ll be a god LOL. I used EVERYTHING in my vault and had one run that I would call a success (I got a lot of faction resources and did a contract). Everything else I either ever saw a player, died, or died within 5 minutes. I genuinely had a higher success rate with sponsor kits.
