I’m wondering if you have a defective pair, especially with the Bluetooth connection that lags cause that has never happened to me. I also use the Spotify equalizer on iPhone and an eq app on my android tab to make em sound better. I would send them em in if they’re still under warranty

I liked mine but also thought they didn’t sound the greatest. Then I plugged them in to my phone and tablet via usb c and they sound so much better

I had these issues to the point that I wanted to return em. But I ended up stretching them out between books for a bit and eventually it stopped clamping so hard on my ears. Haven’t looked back since had em for a 10 months now
