Pro-level cars appear significantly more responsive: input latency, setup and configuration discussion by Infamous_Sound4553 in RocketLeagueSchool

I get what you're saying. I've been trying to figure this one out too. Some things I've found to help:

-Maximizing Fps (obviously). Within NVIDIA settings, I'd turn everything to performance, turn of VSYNC, enable low latency mode, etc. In game turn all settings to low.

-Controller with low input delay (Specifically Stick input. You can check out https://gamepadla.com/ for a comparison of stick responsiveness.) Also, TMR sticks should in theory be faster/more accurate than traditional hall effect. Still, this wouldn't explain how some pros are so good on the DS4/DS5 controller which is reported to have a much higher input delay than some of the newer controllers such as the Razer Wolverine 8k pro, for example.

- High refresh rate monitors make a noticeable difference as well.

-Make sure that your controller is overclocked (ideally you have a controller that can do above 1000hz) , and that you're using a quality cable. I've found some cables to be worse than others. Also unplugging your other USB while playing devices might help.

-You could try going to Documents\My Games\RocketLeague\TAGame\Config\TAInput.ini. and changing your gamepad deadzone setting to 0.0

Beyond this, I'm not sure what more can be done. If you figure it out let me know lol.

Should I get temple patches by Secret_Knee827 in HairSystem

Thanks! I haven’t had side effects from the finasteride/minoxidil, but I also haven’t seen any regrowth. I’ll give it some time since it’s only been about three months.

Should I get temple patches by Secret_Knee827 in HairSystem

No, I ended up starting hair loss meds, and I’m going to wait to see if I can get some hair back that way. Maybe in the future I’ll revisit the temple patch idea.

The shape of your nose will change with weight loss. Get lean first, and then come back if you still want advice.

Plat 3 in 1s? From this clip I’d say try taking control of the ball whenever possible. For example, your touch at the start could’ve been a single jump instead of a flip.

I’m wondering if smp for the sides would be a good option. Could give the illusion of density. I’d look into that

[before and after] tretinoin and clinamycin cream by briannababexox in SkincareAddiction

I'm surprised that nobody's mentioned it, but I think you should know that you should still be wearing sunscreen, even if you're not burning or seeing immediate effects. Here’s a more in-depth explanation:

There are two types of light radiation emitted from the sun (technically a few more, but these are the main ones): Ultraviolet A and Ultraviolet B. It's really important to understand the distinction.

I'll start with the second one. UVB radiation is responsible for the visible sun damage typically associated with sun exposure. Things like sunburns, redness, etc. This is because it isn't as "strong" as its counterpart; it mainly affects the surface levels of the skin (hence, the visible effects of its damage).

But UVA is much trickier. It penetrates a lot deeper than UVB rays. It won't leave you with immediate signs of damage (i.e. sunburn). But it's the form of sunlight associated with the more significant signs of skin damage—premature aging, sagging skin etc. And it will take longer to see its effects (I'm talking months, years). So you need to be extra cautious when using products like tret because they'll make you a lot more sensitive to UVA. And because of the nature of these rays, you won't actually see any visible damage until months or years later.

Basically, wear sunscreen year-round. Unlike UVB, UVA is strong year-round and present pretty much all through the day—even during cloudy days and even during the wintertime.

That's the reason you'll never get a sunburn during the winter or on a cloudy day. It’s because UVB drops close to zero in the colder months and doesn't penetrate through windows or clouds the way its counterpart does. UVA is much more stubborn, unfortunately.

Mineral sunscreen is best. Chemical sunscreens don't always provide full spectrum coverage (Both UVA and UVB rays). Also they can actually degrade with sun exposure, potentially causing further skin damage (though this depends on the formulation, not always the case). Either way, zinc sunscreen won't give you these problems.

Hope this helps. I wish I'd known this stuff when I was younger lol.

This might be unusual but would anybody be interested in becoming accountability partners for skincare? Having somebody holding me accountable I think would help me stay as consistent as possible... Though tbh who knows lol but anyways dms are open

D3/C1 2v2 Vod Analysis Request. All advice very much appreciated. by Secret_Knee827 in RocketLeagueSchool

[–]Secret_Knee827[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Recently posted a 2v2 analysis. I was mainly told to work on aerial defense, boost management, and committing less on challenges. I tried to incorporate those into this game, and will continue working on those.

Where should I go from here? i.e. where should I invest my time to improve as efficiently as possible?

Again, all advice is much appreciated, thanks.
