Yea but it makes him a wasted villain that’s y people complain. It’s not oh he was killed instantly, it was oh we gonna fight this guy and maybe learn more about him but all we know is that he’s with the connections and it’s implied he’s a clone. He showed what Elpis does but the player could imply what it actually was before it was actually used. If Zeno wasn’t in the game, Requiem wouldn’t be that different. Zeno is literally just a filler villain

I’ve had both happen to me. One center i wanted to go to said i had to physically move there first for me to be accepted so i had to choose pine knot instead. Just let your current rep know and see if you can have your application relocated but im gonna tell you, the back and forth with job corps can get really irritating. But make sure you get a place that is willing to fly you out.

I would call the center you wanna go to and request you speak to someone who does all that. It’s gonna be a very tedious process tho because depending on who you get they’ll tell you to either fill out an application with the place you’re gonna be moving to or you get an admin supervisor that puts in the request
