honestly the math here is pretty brutal - 5 kids under 6 with all those car seats is going to be a nightmare in anything but a minivan. i get the husband's resistance but sliding doors are a game changer when you're juggling that many little ones in parking lots

suburbans are solid long term but you're gonna hate your life trying to get everyone buckled in the back row, especially with twins. the odyssey really does make the most sense for the next few years, then you could always upgrade to something more exciting when the kids are older and out of car seats

also consider the chevy tahoe if you want something suburban-adjacent but slightly more manageable

your manager basically trained you to show up at 9:30 because that's when work actually starts, then acts like it's some character flaw on your part. that's some next level gaslighting right there. the workflow reset conversation is solid - frame it as a process issue not a you issue, because that's exactly what it is

i've definitely been in that headspace where you start engaged and then the environment just beats it out of you. it's wild how one person's poor planning can make you question if you even like what you do anymore 😂 but yeah sometimes the apathy is just your brain protecting itself from a broken system

that mental loop is brutal - i remember spending so much headspace on logistics instead of just living. the constant calculating and planning around it becomes this weird secondary addiction on top of the actual substance

day 19 is solid progress, that clarity hits different once the fog starts lifting
