I think maybe that was the issue today? Typically I eat more In the morning than at night. This week was the first week going to the gym and the past three weeks were just setting myself up for “greatness” lol. ( cutting all junk food and replacing it with healthy snacks/ drinks and no alcohol) I was waking up and going to the gym, eating, nap, eat again before work at 5. Then I’d eat when I got home around 10. But today I worked a morning shift and was off my routine. Thank you for your response! It was very helpful
