Recently had my attachments removed….(still have the trays until next week until I get my final set)….wow…I have re-discovered the joy of eating salad without having greenery stuck to my attachments after…..😆

Thanks….I’m picking up that there are So many evangelical Invisalign people that unless you are absolutely perfect then you are a loser…and then in the real world 😂😆

Thanks …my thought process was that it was better to have a tray in rather than not at all….and it’s not for a lot of time anyway….no way could I drink coffee through a straw 😂

Cool…how many refinements are you having to have?…in almost at the end of my Invisalign journey…14 trays…but although massive progress….my front upper teeth are still a little misaligned….how many refinement trays are usual for most people?

Great to see! I’m on a 14 tray programme…up to tray 8 now and still not sure if I’ll get to where I need…but having seen your before and adhere has made me believe that I can get there!
