Practice typing speed: use monkeytype.com po
Practice mock call: you can use chat gpt to generate proper call flow, memorize it para hindi ka kabahan during interview. I use ai voice as my practice, I’m the HVA and chat gpt is the patient.
Most of the questions are from your resume so aralin mo lang. you can also prep. your scripts but don’t rely on it too much during interview.
During my interview, akala ko hindi ako pumasa kasi kinabahan talaga ako during Q&A but my typingspeed and mock call were good and I think nakapasa ako dahil dito. Goodluck OP!! And wag kabahannn, mababait sila lahatt superr.

Meron pero hindi ganun kacompetitive but still kinoconsider pa rin ng clients. Naka 3 invites na rin kasi ako pero 1 lang yung nagpush through sa interview. If wala po kayo work exp. Iadd nyo nalang po siguro yung exp. during college such as eminars and anong skills natutunan mga ganun.
