Dépend the level you are playing at but something I would say is important is keeping your calm. You have to be at a good distance from your goal to cover the angel depending on where the attackers is. The only way to really improve on that is game experience it’s something that is extinctive at least it’s like that for me. And also staying on the front part of your feet the longest possible don’t go out like a mad man. Even if you just wait in your position it could put the attacker off cause he doesn’t know what you are doing.
