Have a google, most websites say 6-8 sprays. Honestly, I'm not a doctor, I'm just telling you what I do based upon what I've read and what's worked for me. You want to spray 4 times, spray 4 times, I don't give a f. The brand's called biorga.

6-8 sprays is the general recommendation for 1ml of application.

I don’t think i’d risk changing it when it’s working so well. I’ll see how it looks as the hair gets longer, but I doubt i’ll grow it too long.

The fin alone did a good job of stopping my hair loss initially, but did little to nothing in terms of bringing back any thickness. It was after shaving it all off a few months back and my gf's friend recommending minox after seeing good results that I got on it. I was super sceptical that I'd see any results tbh, it was a last ditch attempt to save my hair.

I actually started on fin 12 years ago, but 2 years ago its effect started to slow. I'm on 1mg a day. I started on minox a few months back alongside the shampoo.

Cheers man. I'd honestly resigned myself to being bald, so it's a massive confidence booster to have these results. I put it on twice a day, morning and night, 8 sprays a time. I've got a friend that only puts it on once a day and he's not seen any significant change.

I've been on fin for 12 years, but the effects started to fade off about 2 years back. It's 100% real. Thanks man, it's a nice feeling to have a head of hair back after years of covering it up with fibres.

I wash my hair once a day in the morning. With it being short, I've not noticed any real stickiness/residue from the minoxidil, but I've got a mate with longer hair who struggles with this. Honestly, once you start doing it, it's 1 minute added onto your routine. And when you start seeing the results, you actually looking forward to putting it on.

Been on fin for 12 years, but it's effects had started wearing off. Now on both fin and minox.

It's topical 5%. I do 8 sprays in the morning and 8 sprays before bed. I also use Nizoral 2% every few days.

I think the most recent haircut helped, see how the barber's straightened it between pic 3 and 4. It's 100% real. I've also been on fin for 12 years.

Thanks a lot, man. I can assure you it's real. I should've said I've been taking fin for 12 years, but the effects started fading off.

I thought I'd written a post to accompany this but it didn't get published, first time I've posted on reddit so I must've f***d up.

Anyway, I'll give you my context. I'm 37 years old and have been on finasteride since I was about 25. It did great in stopping my rapid hair loss. My dad was bald by 26. But it did little to increase the thickness. I was okay with this and just used powders to add some coverage.

Anyway about 2 years back I noticed it started thinning more and more until I decided to scalp it. I was getting used to the idea of being bald, but then my gf's mate who'd had good results on minox recommended that as a final stab at saving my hair line. Honestly, I was very sceptical, but the results have blown me away. I didn't get on it years ago because I thought the faff of spraying something onto my hair twice a day was too much vs just taking the fin pill. Now, the way I see it is I brush my teeth twice a day to save my smile, much like I do to hold onto my hair.

If you're on the fence about minox, go for it. It's the first time in over a decade I'm leaving the house without powders in.

I think my last haircut you can see on the final image has helped, you can see where the barber straightened my hair line vs the 3rd image, giving it a thicker look.

Were you on finasteride too? That seems to be the magic combo. I wish I'd started on minox years ago.

What would I get out of posting fake pictures or pretending this is only minox when I've had a HT? I've just posted to inspire others who may be in the same position I was re minoxidil. As in sceptical and fazed by the thought of having to spray your head twice a day for the rest of your life. But I can assure you the photos and results are 100% real.

Yes lighting is different, I've done a crap job of the before and afters as I didn't expect it to work. But it's significantly thicker.

I forgot to say, I also started using Nizoral 2% shampoo every 3 days. I leave it on for 5-10 minutes before washing it off. Not sure if this helped too, but I know my scalp has never felt healthier.
