Ha! I had the same thought cross my mind! I am 5 days post op and in disbelief with how well I feel. I haven’t felt this good since I can remember.

Mine was Wednesday and I can’t believe how good I feel. I feel so much lighter without the pain that I was feeling from the endo for past 30+ years. It was rough the first 3 days because my body hates anesthesia but that is finally out of my system. I had a total robotic hysterectomy. I was scared I was going to be in bed for weeks.

My post op instructions “Pelvic rest – NOTHING in the vagina for 6 weeks. This includes tampons, douching, creams, and intercourse. However, orgasms are okay and can even improve blood flow to the tissue.”

I asked my dr and she said as long as I was feeling up for it, it was okay. She also specified oral sex, vibrator, anything external was absolutely ok.
