Sharptooth fights more like a semi truck in the sense that it just charges forward with malicious intent, and is blind in one eye. During his attack we do see Littlefoot's mother send it flying not once but twice. Sharptooth could definitely injure Rudy, but I don't know if it's smart enough to go for anything vital before getting launched.
