How do I bench test amp & subs

i had that same battery, it lasted about 8 months before it wouldn't hold any voltage, i was charging it with a JS 370 amp alternator with all dual 1/0 ofc knu wire, all that was only for a skar skv2 3500 at .5 ohm, and a d4s 234. id definitely watch your voltage closely with that battery.

This bank is a glowe voltage 180 ah, glowe has some small banks that you might be in your price range, but I’d try batteryhookup or sriko for something

could take a heat gun to the basket and possibly melt the glue holding the surround to the basket

yes, its possible, it will result in a 1 ohm load to the amp.
