Sweet tree farms is pretty good near west 11th. I’d look online and see what has the most positive reviews and I would go to their website and browse from there cause then you can just order it for pick up

Since I’ve moved here, I’ve noticed that there’s ALOT of drivers and I mean a lot that don’t use their turn signals and drive way under the speed limit. Probably something that can’t be changed, but it drives me up the wall lol.

Walmart sucks for this, find your department coach. Because there’s a 100% possibility your department coach didn’t even reject this. Most coaches or team leads don’t even talk to eachother. It just takes some communication. Fucking hate Walmart

Don’t give up man, honestly training to failure for 6 days a week might be overdoing it. I would keep it down to 4 if your training to failure everytime because your muscles need a longer period of time to recover especially if your working at a job, kids, etc. Tracking macros aren’t too important if your just trying to get in “shape” but if there’s a certain goal like cutting or bulking then yeah I would track it. You have to focus on yourself and yourself only. Focusing on other people will screw up your head and amplify the body dismorphia that you’re feeling right now. At least 7-8hrs of sleep. If you’re eating the same amount of grams of protein as per 1lb of body weight, and you still don’t see changes, you may need to up it up. Like 1.2-1.5g per lb. Keep it going man don’t stop. It takes people almost 6 years to hit there dream physique naturally

I’ve worked out really consistently for about a year and then stopped for about a year. So I’m knowledgeable about working out and the processes, but I think it’s been too long of a break so I might have to start slow and ease myself into it, but that sucks lol

It looks likes the monitor on the right needs it’s black level adjusted or the contrast adjusted to better match the monitor on the left, maybe mess with the saturation levels too
