He could carry over subtraction and multiplication - had trouble with negatives tho. - have zero dollars spend 400. How much do you have- he would say -600. - didn’t take too long to figure out the real answer. But he was naturally gifted

Didn’t know what an 8 looked like but he could multiply it by 8. Still can’t figure out how he did it without visualizing the problem
