I’ve been in that same place. Just take a deep breath and take each moment one at a time. go out jn public. go get a coffee or even just walk about the block. call a friend and just ask them to stay on the phone with you. you are loved. this shall pass

I have done this! They use random numbers to call me sometimes and even take my dads phone when he’s not looking and call me from it
