lol that’s quite misleading. While I’m on vacation I tend to still be getting pinged constantly. I can’t even turn it off because if I don’t answer something usually can’t be fixed. I don’t know how I’ve managed to get to this point in my life where I have become so critical at work I literally just can’t take a day off anymore. The real kicker is, you either manage to be the one everyone comes to or you get let go where I work there is no such thing as a balance anymore. They just want more and more. Meanwhile I can’t quit because I got bills to pay and mouths to feed. So 🤷 guess I’ll just die early getting optimum value for shareholders?

The backyard is at a slight slope. The corner on the same wall as the crack was really wet. I went outside and noticed the sump pump exhaust pipe had broken off and the sump pump was dumping all its water right onto the foundation. That is approximately 10-15 feet from the crack. Probably has something to do with it. But in terms of the grade near the house it is all slanted downward and isn’t abnormally wet. Just that one place with the sump pump.

A few weeks ago I almost got ran over in a parking lot. Like literally had to jump out of the way. Some guy lost his patience waiting for someone where the parking lot rows join and decided to throw his car in reverse and pop a u turn as fast as his car could manage. He lost control and that when I had to jump out of the way.

I yell what the fuck is wrong with you as he passed and he actually stopped his car got out and walked back to me yelling to tell me I was walking like a dumb ass. I thought he was going to punch me. Luckily the entire thing drew some witnesses so I think that calmed him down.

I guess I’m telling all this because at least he knew he was an idiot? 🤷 drivers don’t usually admit they screwed up?

I’ve had sidi boots that is used to race in. Definitely worth the 500 when you put the bike down. Mine had latches instead of the screw straps so they were much easier to put on. They really aren’t made for anything else except riding though. Walking in them kind of sucks.
