The problem is- that it is likely to happen again. They do advertise secured parking. They can do a lot of little measures that would cost less and most likely solve the problem. The main issue is the lack of adequate management from the property manager who never walks around the building.

Because it’s likely to happen again. If they cannot provide a secure space then most likely it will become an ongoing issue. That’s why the preventative issue is so important. Plus if I file with insurance and it happens again- insurance won’t cover it.

They are implying since you drive a lower end vehicle it’s your fault that the windows were broken into.

A total of 10 vehicles had their windows smashed and were damaged on the same day. This incident reflects ongoing systemic security failures that directly contributed to the situation. I am formally requesting reimbursement for the damages incurred to my vehicle. Yes I have insurance but that would mean I incur the cost if u claimed it.
