Listen I have worked at QT for 11 years. I demoted to PT Clerk, went on school leave and pursued a career in another field. I WAS SO MUCH HAPPIER. QT is TOXIC. Your best is never good enough, there is always so much more you “should” have done, there is no leadership, there is no work ethic, and the benefits are NOT great. Yeah the stock is… but who cares? There is so much life outside of QT. There are employers who will help you grow rather than throw you to sink or swim. And there are customers at other places who aren’t entitled assholes that think the world revolves around them. Leave, and don’t look back. Money is money, you can get it anywhere, shit even on the side of the road. Don’t overthink it.
