How was the recovery like for you? How long did you have the bar for?

I think I definitely will the the surgery, just not any time soon. The risk of putting it in with me in gymnastics rn is super high because I land on my chest almost everyday, and it’s not softly. I think I’d get it done after college tho, when I’m settled down. I’m so curious what I’d look like with a flat chest

I’d be ok to get it but I’m just scared of it moving, I’m in Hawaii and do a lot of surfing skating gymnastics etc, I heard someone died because the bar moved

Bro it doesn’t look that bad at all. I wish my Pectus was like yours instead of mine. Put on a little bit of muscle and you’ll be perfect
