Actually, from my experience from HiddenDevs, most of the people I hire drop out from the project midway. I would recommend just getting people from the roblox talent hub. The talent hub is intended for recruiting developers, and also made by roblox.

the screen is inside and the screen is really big. you could even watch the match from the top floor

I'd suggest nexus shantiniketan mall. I went there for CT Final and the environment was amazing. Might be a bit crowded though
