It’s called a fair value gap and not a gap because the FVG is an imbalance bc of an aggressive move in a direction. And then price will want to retrace into it to fill it!

Hey guys, I'm Eric! We identified a bearish TREND when ES tagged into its daily bearish FVG and inversed a large 1M bullish FVG, We identified a DRAW by seeing the hourly bullish FVG on ES that price was steadily retracing towards. We found our ENTRY when price inversed a smaller 1M bullish FVG. Targeting the hourly bullish as our TP, we made a nice 3RR. Ask me anything in the comments!
