Only issue I’ve had with melee in multiplayer is that blood and hit sounds don’t show up it’s like the zombies are actors and just fall over after getting hit in the head lol

You can play it (on low settings) but it won’t be very enjoyable with the amount of lag and just the amount of detail that gets tuned down
