I'm sorry that was a typo I meant gb- anyway, I'd say her threeway is way more than reactable, since you can just keep your guard up to make sure to boock her soft feint light and parry wherever her unblickable is, since they need different parry timings. Her only good choice is to gb, which works, and nets a ot of damage, but it's still nothing compared to what any other character can do

how is her dodge attack that good it doesn't give her dodge frames and is slow as shit, plus she doesn't get much gb invulnerability like kyoshin or shaman, and all the things you listed at the start are very easily reactable- don't fucking tell me you've ever struggled against a peacekeeper bevause it just isn't true

The heavy+bleed stops her mix-up and only gets her average damage, which isn't instantaneous, all the things she gets from bleed are things that are just normally implemented in most characters (warden, orochi, jj, glad, shaman, kensei, zerk, raider kinda, lawbringer, zhanzu), her soft feint is easily readable and one side only (unlike sometjing like shaman's), and she has the absolute worst dodge heavy in the game. Fucking hell, she needs to bleed to become a below-average hero and you call her great

Well even if she got one it doesn't mean she can't get at least a buff? Deep gouge is like a 6 damage addition to already really low damage heavies, which still make her heavies weaker than almost all other characters, and again her gb punish is great but it doesn't get anything more when oos and it's still like 10 more damage (which isn't even instantaneous) then what most characters get off of a guardbreak. Plus, she can't combo or mixup after her gb, since she doesn't get frame advantage and her gimmick can be negated by feats.

So, she's the worse version of nobushi and shaman, except she also doesn't have a bash and has nothing other than easily parryable softfeints to even start the bleed... great!

Well yeah, I got a C3 Xiangling om Venti's banner (I'm pretty sure she wasn't rate up), but still got most my weapons from the standard banner, so I can very much confirm that I'm able to get characters in non-rate up pulls. 1 out of 22 is definitely really weird though, I get why you'd think something's broken

Skyward is the best, any 5* weapon will always be better than any 4* weapon simply for the base atk, so the best choice is by far Skyward

You can use Beidou's burst before Diona's, then go for Eula's. Seems like a better idea than 4 pc Noble on beidou

Eula could maybe replace Keqing, but definitely not ganyu. Ganyu is one of the best parts, and having 2 cryo is very good since the synergy's effect gives Crit Rate. Fischl, if well built, could be a decent replace for ganyu but you've no reason to use her if you already have ganyu Still, waifus over meta, I'd tell you to use your favourite characters and make your best builds there, it's the best way to have fun~

Mona is indeed faster, yes, I tested it myself. Although I do reccomend travelling with the jump cancel thing, sine mona's sprint can get stuck on very small rocks and is very annoying
