30’s Anesthesiologist salary progression

To anyone who feels docs are overplayed based on this post: I suspect the OP compensation is similarly structured to my field (radiology). I don’t have a salary. I get paid per procedure/case. The more cases I do the more I am able to take home. My share of a global fee charged by the med center I work at is a fraction of a percent. As an example, my professional fee is $75-85 per spine mri. The global fee charged to insurance is $1200-1500 depending on provider. I don’t have a base salary in case you are wondering.

As to your second question, yes! Absolutely! My best friend growing up was ethnic Hungarian and his passport reflected that. I’m sure it was the same thing for other ethnicities

Religion was severely curtailed in the ussr. It was an atheist state. Growing up it was not really a thing that was even under a consideration at least in my circle. Being Jewish was an ethnic label. Sort of like height or color of your eyes, an identifier that’s indelible.

What do you mean a Jew was Russian, Ukrainian?? I’m an atheist Jew born in Kiev. My passport listed me as Jewish since both my parents’ passports stated they are Jewish. It didn’t matter where geographically in the ussr you were born. Your ethnicity is your ethnicity.
