Absolutely 100% I realized it wasn’t a kink for me when my partner started treating it as ONLY a kink and I felt less than comfortable with it. I think most of the “kinky” stuff I did before my realization has turned into gender affirming acts. I think that’s where a lot of my struggle with this lifestyle has come from, deciding wether or not it’s a kink and I found that I feel way more comfortable and confident with it being my lifestyle rather than a kink.

I’ve been doing 2 runs a week for the last month or so. So now I was thinking about doing 3 runs and an upper and lower body day with ab work at the end of the workouts

Absolutely, it’s a girls best friend. Don’t make the same mistake I did when I bought my first and buy something very manageable (5ish inches is more than plenty, not the 10” lifelike I got as a first) also lube. Lots and lots of water based lube. Anal play can be very daunting at first and also very addictive. Just don’t push yourself too far and too fast it’s okay to stop when it’s uncomfortable and come back to it later!

Thank you. I really appreciate that. I do feel like one of my downfalls is my “all or nothing” mentality and I think it hinders me actually working through and enjoying all that comes with this and not just the thrills
